    The attentive staff made me feel special, particularly the front office team who quickly assisted in relocating me away from noisy areas.

    The confusion with room amenities being scattered around made it difficult to find basic items like tea supplies and toiletries, taking away from the convenience expected at a luxury hotel.

    Absolutely fabulous room and luxurious bathroom with a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and a spa bathtub. A huge variety of perfect food at breakfast time. Good and stunning spot adjacent to the JW Kitchen, JW Marriott Kolkata and most tourist attractions.

    I woudl have thought a so-called 5-star hotel would have standards, but alas, i witnessed complete chaos during check-in, followed by impossible noise levels ruining my relaxation. Expecting a little hospitality, i was just totally let down. They even didn't bother with a welcome gift, which would have been the least they could do!

    It was a fairly nice stay, great and excellent place. The place was clean and had a quiet atmosphere. The staff were reasonably good during our stay. We liked absolutely superb and delightful breakfast selection.

    The breakfast buffet offered a great variety that could satisfy even the pickiest eaters-a definite highlight. The spacious Beautiful King Guest Room also had a nice big bathroom area with both a shower and a bathtub.

    I encountered numerous hiccups . The check-in process was chaotic. Noise from other guests was a consistent nuisance, with many guests seemingly lacking respect for common areas, leading to sleepless nights. The room lacked storage options, as it had no drawers for clothing and only hanging space. On more than one occasion, the water from the faucet was dark brown, and no explanation came from management. The experience felt more like a budget accommodation rather than a luxury stay.
